What a productive weekend! Yesterday is my first volunteer work after being on hiatus for quite a while. At 5am a friend fetched me to Big Splash at ECP to volunteer for Terry Fox Run. I used to run for Terry Fox many years ago when they first have it in Singapore. Now it has been 3 years that I volunteer for them. I was assigned to help with the banana and cookies distribution.
Around 2pm, I was off to Bishan-AMK Park to join in their Pawfect Health Day. My niece's cat Ozzy came with us. It was a very hot day and the highlight of the day must be when 4 of us (my niece, her friend, my helper and myself) participated in the NKF obstacle challenge. We each earned ourself a medal.
Stay Healthy * Exercise Regularly. Yup... will do that :)
